Cancellation Policy
1. Service Overview Loadrunners provides wash, dry, and fold laundry services with scheduled pickup and delivery based on your selected plan. 2. Pickup & Delivery Customers must have laundry ready at the scheduled pickup time in a labeled Loadrunners bag. Missed pickups will be skipped and are not eligible for refunds or credits. 3. Weight Limits & Charges Each plan includes a set weekly weight limit. Any additional weight will be automatically charged at $2 per pound to the card on file. 4. Payments & Billing All plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize Loadrunners to charge your payment method for: • Membership fees • Overage charges • Add-ons Failure to maintain valid payment may result in service suspension or cancellation. 5. No Refund Policy All services are final. No refunds will be issued for missed pickups, delays, or dissatisfaction with standard wash-and-fold results. 6. Pockets & Personal Items Customers must check all pockets before pickup. Loadrunners is not responsible for items left in clothing or damage caused by those items. 7. Garment Care & Liability Loadrunners is not a dry cleaning service. We are not responsible for damage to delicate, high-end, or “dry clean only” items placed in regular laundry. This includes shrinkage, color bleeding, or normal wear. 8. Stain Treatment Stain treatment is included but results are not guaranteed. 9. Bedding & Bulky Items Large items such as comforters must be selected as add-ons. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or delayed service. 10. Delays Service times are estimates and may be affected by weather, volume, or other unforeseen issues. Loadrunners is not liable for delays. 11. Bags & Labeling Customers must use proper bags and identification. Lost or damaged bags may result in a replacement fee. 12. Chargeback Policy By using our service, you agree not to file chargebacks without first contacting Loadrunners. All charges are authorized at signup. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in service termination and collection actions. 13. Membership Changes Memberships may be paused or canceled with proper notice before the next billing or pickup cycle. Unused service does not roll over. 14. Right to Refuse Service Loadrunners reserves the right to refuse or cancel service due to policy violations, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate behavior. 15.
